제품 누락등을 확인할 수 없는 경우 (누락확인시 개봉 영상 필수)

누락이 확인이 되지 않는다는 이유로 악용하는 사례가 발생하여 부득이하게 영상을 첨부 받고 있습니다. 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품 등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우

  (단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)

- 포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 현저히 상실한 경우

- 고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

- 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

- 단순 변심에 의한 반품 택배비는 고객님의 부담이시며, 반품접수 없이 임의로 보내실 경우 상품 확인이 어려워 환불이 불가할 수 있으니 이점 유의하시기 바랍니다

In cases where it is impossible to confirm product omissions (video of unboxing is mandatory for omission confirmation), we are unfortunately required to request video evidence due to instances of abuse where omissions were falsely claimed. We kindly ask for your understanding.

- Cases where the loss or damage of the product is due to your responsibility

  (However, excluding cases where packaging was damaged to confirm the contents of the product)

- Cases where the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in a significant loss of product value

- Cases where the value of the product has significantly decreased due to your use or partial consumption

- Cases where the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time

- Return shipping fees due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. If returned without prior approval, refunds may be difficult due to difficulty in verifying the product. Please be aware of this point.
