주문내용과 수령한 제품이 상이할 경우 및 배송 중 파손 또는 손상되었을 경우에는 제품을 받은 즉시 Q&A게시판을 통해 고객센터로 접수 되어야 합니다. 

번거로우시더라도 아래의 절차에 따라 접수를 부탁 드립니다.

 <교환/반품 절차>

- 구성품 누락, 오배송등의 경우에는 택배 개봉 시의 영상이 있는 경우에만 접수가 가능합니다.

1. 주문번호/성함/연락처와 함께 상품의 하자 또는 오배송을 판독하기 위한 

운송장이 보이는 택배 박스 사진 1장, 택배박스 내 구성품의 수량을 알 수 있는 사진1장, 개봉영상을 Q&A게시판에 남겨주세요.

2. 고객센터에서 게시하신 사진및 개봉영상과 주문번호를 확인 후 물류팀과 교환/반품 여부를 판독 합니다.

3. 교환/반품 진행이 확정된 건은 반품 픽업을 위한 택배기사님을 보내드립니다. 

4. 반송하실 상품은 가능하면 수령 당시의 형태로 제품을 박스에 반송을 부탁 드립니다.

5. 반송된 상품이 샵 또는 물류처에 입고되면 최종 확인 후, 새 상품을 발송 또는 환불 처리 될 예정입니다.

In case there is a discrepancy between the ordered contents and the received product, or if the product is damaged or broken during delivery, it must be reported to the customer center through the Q&A board immediately upon receiving the product. We kindly ask you to follow the procedure below for reporting.

<Exchange/Return Procedure>

- In cases of missing components, wrong delivery, etc., reporting is only possible if there is a unboxing video.

1. Please provide one photo of the package box with the shipping label visible along with your order number, name, and contact information, one photo showing the quantity of components inside the courier box, and a video of the unboxing process in the Q&A board to assess the product's defect or wrong delivery.

2. After confirming the photos and unboxing video you provided along with the order number, the customer center will assess whether to proceed with exchange or return in consultation with the logistics team.

3. Once the exchange/return is confirmed, a courier will be sent for pickup of the returned product.

4. Please return the product in its original condition as much as possible, preferably in the same state as it was received.

5. Upon receipt of the returned product at the shop or logistics center, it will undergo final inspection, and a new product will be shipped or a refund will be processed accordingly.
