주문 취소를 하고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 하죠? (About order cancellation)

1:1 게시판으로 주문취소 원하는 주문번호와 상품명을 작성하여 문의주시면 확인 후 취소(환불) 접수를 도와드리겠습니다.

* 단, 배송사로 상품이 인도된 후(배송 준비중)에는 주문 취소가 불가능합니다.

* 당일 취소(매입 전 취소)가 아닐 경우, 취소수수료가 발생할 수 있으며 취소완료가 확인되려면 다소 시간이 소요됩니다. 취소완료 처리는 평균 3~5일 이상 소요되며 취소 수수료는 각 카드 또는 은행사별로 차이가 있습니다.

* 예약주문으로 제작/판매되는 상품의 경우 고객분들의 주문하신 여부에 따라 상품이 준비되므로, 결제(입금)를 완료하신 이후에는 취소가 어려울 수 있습니다. 이 점 양해를 부탁 드리며, 신중히 구매해주시기 바랍니다.

If you wish to cancel an order, please write the order number and product name in the 1:1 board, and we will assist you with the cancellation (refund) process after confirmation.

* However, it is not possible to cancel an order once the product has been delivered to the shipping company (during preparation for delivery).

* If the cancellation is not made on the same day (before purchase), a cancellation fee may apply, and it may take some time for the cancellation to be confirmed. The cancellation process typically takes more than 3 to 5 days on average, and the cancellation fee varies depending on the card or bank.

* For products made/sold on reservation orders, the product preparation depends on whether customers have placed orders, so cancellation may be difficult after completing payment (deposit). We ask for your understanding regarding this matter and kindly request you to make purchases carefully.
