주문내용과 수령한 제품이 상이할 경우, 또는 제품이 배송 중 파손되거나 손상되었을 경우에 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다.

단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 반품의 경우, 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 가능하며 반품배송료는 고객 부담입니다.

(단, 교환은 동일한 제품으로만 가능)

 *다음의 경우에는 교환, 반품이 모두 불가능 합니다. 

1. 교환 및 반품 접수기간(수령즉시) 및 반송기간(7일)을 초과하였을 경우

2. 고객의 부주의로 인한 제품의 훼손 및 파손의 경우

3. 포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 재화 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 (이용자가 개봉한 DVD 및 음반, 도서 및 단시간 내에 필독이 가능한 잡지, 영상화보집 포함)

4. 제품 자체에 문제가 있는 경우에 한해서만 교환이 가능하며, 포장재의 스크래치 등에 의한 교환 및 환불은 불가능합니다.

5. 응원봉, 포토북 앨범 등  별도 비닐/박스 포장이 되어 있는 상품의 경우 비닐/박스는 본품을 보호하기 위한 용도로 비닐 개봉 시 교환/반품이 불가한 점 안내드립니다.

Exchange and returns are possible if the ordered contents differ from the received products, or if the products are damaged or broken during delivery.

Exchange and returns due to a change of mind are only possible within 7 days from the date of receipt, and customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

(Exchange is only possible for the same product)

* Exchange and returns are not possible in the following cases:

1. If the exchange and return request period (immediately upon receipt) and return period (7 days) have exceeded.

2. If the product is damaged or broken due to the customer's negligence.

3. If the packaging is opened or damaged to the extent that the value of the goods is significantly reduced (including DVDs, CDs, books, magazines that have been opened by the user, and video brochures).

4. Exchange is only possible if there is a problem with the product itself, and exchange or refund due to scratches on the packaging material is not possible.

5. For products such as cheering sticks, photo albums, etc., which have separate vinyl/box packaging for protection purposes, please note that exchange/returns are not possible once the vinyl is opened.
